Making the most of EFEF - getting you connected with potential business contacts

For your exhibition stand to deliver a significant return on investment, you need to see the right people at the European Future Energy Forum. We are making significant investments to deliver the right audience to the show - however, you need to make sure that you are doing all you can to get them to your stand.

Here are a few ideas for you to get the right visitors to your stand and actually do business at EFEF.

1. Promote your presence at the event using the show logo

Include the EFEF 2011 logo on your marketing communications to raise awareness of your stand - put it on your website, letterhead, adverts, emails and email signature. Click here to download a high-resolution jpg of the logo, or email [email protected] for an eps file.

2. Invite your prospects to meet you at EFEF

EFEF is an ideal opportunity to meet a number of potential business partners in one place, at one time. Why not invite potential clients and business partners to attend the conference as your guests. You will then get an opportunity to demonstrate your products and services, to arrange formal meetings with them and to also network informally in the evenings.

3. Don't forget to submit your company description to our website and show guide

Your company name, stand number, services, key contact details and company profile will be displayed on-line throughout our campaign and printed in the Official EFEF Show Guide. This is the first point of reference for all attendees, it is also the one thing that visitors are guaranteed to take away with them as a source of suppliers after the event. For your on-line profile you should also add your company logo, press releases and link yourself to themes throughout the website.

4. Arrange 1-2-1 networking meetings at the event

Sponsored by Cleantech Switzerland and Cleantech Alps, there will be a number of sessions throughout the event that are dedicated to 1-2-1 meetings between participants at EFEF. Prior to the event all exhibitors, delegates, speakers and VIPs will be invited to connect with eachother through an on-line appointment setting system. This is optional, but we would encourage you to make full use of this facility in order to network as much as you can at this event. 

5. Connect with press attending the event

– Organise press packs – deliver plenty of press packs to the on-site international media centre before the show opens. These should be newsy and interesting packs of company information, including contact details, stand no, a press release, and a CD of supporting photos.
- Submit press releases to press prior to the event through the website www.EuropeanFutureEnergyForum.com/ezone
- Organise PR events at EFEF - either on your stand or contact us if you want to use a press briefing room. This is an ideal opportunity to make announcements to an international audience of reporters.
