How to book your stand

Step one: Choose your exhibitor package

Option 1 – Space only
Exhibitors are free to make their own stand construction and design arrangements, subject to the approval of the Organisers.

Option 2 – Shell scheme
This stand includes panelled walls, fascia, carpet, lighting and one power socket.

Prices:
Space only . . . . . . . €325 per sqm (minimum of 16sqm)
Shell scheme . .. . . . €375 per sqm (minimum of 16sqm)

Step two: Choose your stand position

View the latest floorplan  and select several stand numbers that fulfil your requirements. Remember - the floorplan is constantly changing with new bookings, so talk through your options with a member of the sales team as soon as possible.
 
Step three: Make your booking

After you have confirmed your stand position with a member of our sales team, we will need a signed contract from you to ensure your stand is made unavailable to other companies. Download the sales contract here
