Registration for the exhibition is free of charge if you book in advance and conference passes are available from £400 plus VAT for a day pass, £650 plus VAT for a two day pass and £795 plus VAT for a full delegate pass. Full delegate passes include entrance to all conference sessions, round table sessions, lunches and all refreshments throughout the conference, full conference documentation and invitations to all social functions and technical tours.

We are offering the following reduced rates for students and academics who wish to attend the European Future Energy Forum.
 
£100 for three full days of conference, not including any social functions
£200 for three full days to include lunches and social functions

To qualify for this concession we require the following:
1. A copy of your student ID or university card
2. A letter from your Dean or Manager confirming who you are and what you are studying/teaching
 
All travel and accommodation costs will be at your own expense.
 
SPONSORED OR FREE PASSES
 
Unfortunately there are no free or sponsored passes available for the European Future Energy Forum. The options are as follows:
 
Free of charge passes to attend the exhibition only when you register in advance
 
£400 for a one day conference pass only
 
£650 for a two day pass, this does not include any social functions
 
£795 for attendance to all three days of the conference and includes lunch and admission to all social functions
 
EXPENSES AND VISAS
 
All your travel and accommodation costs would be at your own expense. Please see the plan your trip section of this website for details on hotel bookings and offers on flights.
 
Please note we do not accept any responsibility for providing a visa for you and we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to secure your visa in time.
 
RESTRICTIONS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
 
As this is a trade event children under the age of sixteen will not be permitted to enter the exhibition, unless they special written consent from the organisers in advance (even if you have registered in advance on line and have received a badge). If you are eighteen years of age or under we advise that you bring proof of age in case you are asked.
 
There is disabled access throughout the event, however we would ask that if you have special needs and require some assistance that you let us know in advance so that we can ensure that your needs are cared for.
 
If you are a conference delegate and have special dietary requirements then please mention this to the organisers in advance; however we will aim to cater for all diets including catering for different religious beliefs within our buffet selection.
 
DRESS CODE

As this is business conference, dress code is business attire throughout which includes any official social functions and technical tours. If required, special health & safety equipment will be provided for tours.
 
INSURANCE
 
Registration does not include insurance. The organisers of EFEF encourage delegates to take out personal travel insurance.

Arrival:
When you arrive at ExCeL, please go to the registration desk located at the entrance S1 and collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times.
 
Refreshments:
For conference delegates, mid morning breaks will be scheduled. Lunch is usually served from 13.00 onwards.  Exhibition visitors can purchase refreshments and lunch at numerous catering outlets at the venue and the exhibition hall.
 
Documentation:
All presentations will be available on our website within two weeks of the conference. Once the presentations are available online, the website address and login details will be emailed to all conference delegates.
 
After the European Future Energy Forum, all participants will be sent an electronic questionnaire. We would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete this so we can properly evaluate the event. If you have any feedback you wish to express prior to the Forum please email us at info@EuropeanFutureEnergyForum.com  or contact one of our team.
 
Conference delegate substitutions can be made at any time, in writing, without charge. Full terms and conditions will be available when you register. Please make sure that you agree to these when you sign up to attend.

The European Future Energy Forum is now in its second year. After a success launch in 2009 in Bilbao, London is proud to be hosting the event in 2010.
